  • 1/2 lb. butter or oleo
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sour milk (canned milk + 1 Tbsp. vinegar)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Blend flour and oleo with pastry blender.

    Make a well in the center and add milk and egg yolk.

    Stir until the mixture forms a ball and comes away from the sides of the bowl.

    Sprinkle with flour and chill overnight or several hours.
