- 2 c. milk, scalded
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 7 c. flour
Directions

1Combine milk, butter, sugar and salt; cool to lukewarm.

2Add yeast.

3Stir well.

4Let stand until yeast makes small bubbles.

5Add eggs and flour; mix to smooth soft dough.

6Knead lightly on floured surface.

7Place dough in greased bowl; cover and let rise until at least double in bulk.

8Divide dough in six.

9Roll each 6th to 9-inch circle.

10Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

11Cut circle in 12 or 16 wedge-shaped pieces.

12Roll each wedge.

13Starting at wide end, roll to point.

14Arrange in greased baking pan.

15Cover and rise until very light.

16Bake at 400° to 425° for 15 minutes.
