- 1 1/4 oz. pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 6 to 7 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Stir in buttermilk, sugar, salt, baking soda, oil and baking powder.

3Add enough flour to make a medium dough (slightly sticky).

4Place dough in greased bowl. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use (up to 7 days). Punch down daily.
