  • 1 fryer chicken, cut up, or 4 large chicken breasts
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
