Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. granulated gelatin
- 1 tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Freshley ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 cup buttermilk (made from skim milk)
- 2 tsp. green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. parsley, minced fresh
Directions

1Soak gelatin in 1 tbsp.

2cold water.

3Dissolve over hot water.

4Mix together mustard, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp.

5water until smooth.

6Combine all ingredients except parsley and blend well.

7Chill until it begins to thicken.

8Beat gently until smooth; stir in parsley.

9Turn into a jar and cover.

10Chill serveral hours.
