- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer on low speed until fluffy.

3Add buttermilk and melted butter.

4Mix well on low speed; stir in vanilla.

5Pour mixture into pie shell.

6Bake on lower rack in oven for 45 minutes at 375°.
