  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell

Directions

    Combine sugar and flour in bowl; add eggs, margarine, buttermilk and flavorings.

    Mix well.

    Turn into pastry shell. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce oven temperature to 350° and bake for 30 minutes longer.

    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
