  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Cream Crisco, butter, and sugar.

    Add flour, salt, soda, buttermilk and eggs, one at a time.

    Add vanilla and mix well. Spray a Bundt pan with a nonstick spray.

    Pour batter into pan and bake in a 325° oven for 1 hour or until tested done in center.
