Buttermilk Salad

  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. nonfat buttermilk
  • 2 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes sugar-free jello (lemon and orange)

    Heat pineapple. Remove

    from heat and stir in dry jello mix. Let chill 10

    to 15 minutes (don't let it congeal).

    Add buttermilk and Cool Whip.

    in 8 x 8-inch pan. Refrigerate until firm.
