  • 2 lb. fresh peaches (5 c. peeled and sliced)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3/4 c. honey (12 Tbsp.), slightly warmed
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 egg whites

    Peel, pit and slice peaches.

    Puree them in an electric blender.

    In a large bowl, combine egg yolks and 6 tablespoons of honey mixture.

    Add lemon juice and vanilla.
