  • 125 g cream cheese, softened
  • 13 cup caramel topping
  • 16 butternut snap biscuits
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar, for serving

Directions

    Line a baking tray with baking paper.

    Beat cream cheesewith an electric mixer until smooth, add caramel topping & mix well.

    Spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling over the base of 8 biscuits and then top with slices of banana.

    Spread another teaspoon of cream cheese mixture over remaining 8 biscuits and sandwich together.

    Place on prepared tray & cover & refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

    Dust with icing sugar to serve.
