  • 1/3 c. Margarine
  • 3/4 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • (5 oz.) Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 c. Butternut Squash, cooked, mashed

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl.

    Beat eggs, milk and vanilla.

    Stir in squash (mixture will be thin).

    Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish.

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes or until almost set.
