- 1/3 c. Margarine
- 3/4 c. Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- (5 oz.) Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 c. Butternut Squash, cooked, mashed
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl.

2Beat eggs, milk and vanilla.

3Stir in squash (mixture will be thin).

4Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish.

5Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes or until almost set.
