- 2 c. cooked squash, pureed or mashed
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 3 well beaten eggs
- 1 can milk
- 1 pie shell
Directions

1In a large bowl, place squash, sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and molasses.

2Mix together eggs and milk and add to mixture.

3Put into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 20 minutes at 425°, then 45 minutes at 375°.
