- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs, divided
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- dash each of ground ginger, pepper and salt

1Just follow our 3 simple steps:

2Combine 2 cups mashed cooked butternut squash with 1/2 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product, 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, 2 Tbsp.

3brown sugar, 1 egg and a dash each of ground ginger, pepper and salt.

4Place in a greased shallow baking dish (1 L).

5Sprinkle with additional 1/4 cup bread crumbs.

6Bake at 350F for 30 min.
