  • 1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix (4 serving size)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 34 cup butterscotch chips

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Grease and flour a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

    In large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk and egg.

    Beat on low speed until blended, about 1 minute.

    Stir in pecans.

    Spread batter in prepared pan and sprinkle butterscorch chips evenly over top.

    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
