  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pecan pieces
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water; mix well. Spread half of batter into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix sugar, pecan pieces and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of sugar mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter into pan, top with sugar mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 - 50 minutes.
