  • 1/4 cups Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • 2 cups Cheerios

    Heat butterscotch chips, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla in heavy saucepan over medium to low heat, stirring occasionally until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in Cheerios and peanuts. Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill for one hour. Enjoy.
