- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. or 2 c. butterscotch bits or chocolate chips
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
- 1 c. salted peanuts
Directions

1Melt butterscotch in double boiler over boiling water.

2Remove from heat.

3Stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles.

4Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper.

5Let stand twenty minutes, until firm. Makes about 36 pieces.
