- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 small carton Cool Whip
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 boxes butterscotch pudding mix
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Make crust from first 3 ingredients.

2Mix and put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Bake for 15 minutes.

4Cool well.

5Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar together.

6Spread on crust.

7Mix pudding and milk, cook until thick.

8Let cool; pour over cream cheese mixture.

9Toast coconut, sprinkle over top and let chill.
