  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
  • 1 c. Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix margarine, flour and 1/2 cup chopped nuts; press in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
