  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 1 c. pecan pieces
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 9-inch deep dish pie shell

Directions

    Mix together sugar and flour.

    Add softened butter and blend well.

    Stir in eggs, chips, nuts and vanilla.

    Pour in shell. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until golden brown.

    Pie will wiggle when done and set as it cools.
