- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 oz. butterscotch chips
- 1 c. pecan pieces
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 9-inch deep dish pie shell
Directions

1Mix together sugar and flour.

2Add softened butter and blend well.

3Stir in eggs, chips, nuts and vanilla.

4Pour in shell. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until golden brown.

5Pie will wiggle when done and set as it cools.
