  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. butter, melted
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 frozen 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour; add slightly beaten eggs, pecans, butterscotch chips, vanilla and butter. Mix well. Pour into frozen pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 325° until lightly brown.
