  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    In medium saucepan, combine ingredients.

    Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.

    Cool.

    Pour into pie shells.

    Top with egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar beaten stiff. Brown in oven at 425° for about 3 to 5 minutes.
