  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar and cornstarch . Add milk, egg yolks, salt, vanilla and butter.

    Cook until it thickens and comes to a boiling point. Pour into pie shell.
