  • 3 eggs, separated (save whites for meringue)
  • 1 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • baked pie crust

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler; cook on medium heat until thickness of pudding desired. Pour into pie crust. Whip whites. Put meringue on top and brown in oven. Cool and cut.
