- 1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Directions

1Bake cake in 2 (8 or 9 x 1 1/2-inch) layer pans as directed on package.

2Cool.

3Split to make 4 layers.

4Reserve 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate for glaze.

5Fill layers with remaining concentrate using 3 tablespoons between each layer.

6Mix reserved 1 tablespoon concentrate, the butter and confectioners sugar.

7Spread over top of cake.

8Chill thoroughly before serving.
