  • 2 egg yolks, well beaten
  • 2 c. milk, scalded
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 baked pie crust
  • meringue

    Combine brown sugar, salt and cornstarch.

    Cook over hot water until thick and smooth.
