  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (1 1/2 oz.) can shoestring potatoes

Directions

    Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in the top of a double boiler. Stir in nuts and shoestring potatoes. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.

    Cool for several hours in the refrigerator.

    Yields 2 or 3 dozen.
