  • 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 2/3 c. light cream

Directions

    Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in saucepan.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, to soft ball stage (234°).

    Cool 5 minutes and blend in cream.

    Serve hot or cold. Makes about 2 cups.
