- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2/3 c. light cream
Directions

1Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in saucepan.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, to soft ball stage (234°).

3Cool 5 minutes and blend in cream.

4Serve hot or cold. Makes about 2 cups.
