- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt, divided
- 4 (6 ounce) packages Broccolini
- 2 tablespoons butter, Softened
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Bring your water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add the 2 tablespoons salt, and cook the broccolini in batches for 5 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon. Drain.
