- 2 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. coarsely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. thyme, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. giblet broth or 1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Turn crumbs into large baking pan and toast lightly in oven at 350° for about 20 minutes, stirring once or twice.
