- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large head cabbage
- 3 (No. 2) cans tomatoes, crushed
- 2 (No. 2) cans kidney beans
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder (more if you like spicy)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Salt and pepper ground chuck and brown in soup pot.

2Drain meat well.

3Cut cabbage into small strips and combine with meat and tomatoes.

4Add enough water to cover ingredients.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Add Accent, sugar and chili powder.

7Cook until cabbage is tender.
