  • 2 lb potatoes
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 lrg egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 carrot; peeled & chopped
  • 1 onion; chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tablespoon
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 tbsp emril southwestern spice.
  • 2 tbsp flour

Directions

    preheat broiler

    boil potatoes in salted water.

    remove, combine sour cream, chicken broth and yolk.

    add to.potatoes and mash togeter untill smooth.

    In skillet over medium high heat, brown meat.

    Season with salt, pepper & emril southwester spice.

    Add carrot and onion, cook 5 minutes.

    In a small pan cook butter and flour 2 minutes.

    Add beef broth and worcestshire sauce.

    Add gravy to meat and stir in peas.

    Put meat in casserole dish.

    Top with potatoes.

    sprinkle paprika and broil until potatoes are browned.

    garnish with parsley(optional)
