- 12 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Parboil cabbage leaves 5 minutes, drain and cool.

2Set aside. Combine beef, bread crumbs, seasonings, eggs and onions; mix well. Form into 12 oblong patties.

3Place meat patty on each cabbage leaf.

4Roll up in cabbage leaf.

5Place bundle open side down in baking dish.

6Mix tomato soup with 1/2 can water.

7Pour over bundles.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
