Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup crumbled firm silken tofu
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 2 teaspoons hazelnut oil (NOT OLIVE OIL tastes funny) or 2 teaspoons walnut oil (NOT OLIVE OIL tastes funny)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until the mixture is completely smooth creamy. I usually use a blender but a food processor actually worked better.

    Store the topping in a covered container in the refrigerator.
