Cabbage Casserole

  • 2 or 3 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 extra large cabbage
  • 2 cans tomato soup

Directions

    Cut cabbage into large chucks.

    Put in casserole.

    Brown ground chuck and onion; drain.

    Add tomato soup (not diluted). Put over cabbage.

    Cook in a 350° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir in 1/2 hour.
