Ingredients

  • 2 small loaves French bread
  • 2 lb. cleaned shrimp
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. green onions
  • salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Directions

    Remove filling out of bread.

    Mix with ingredients and put mixture back in bread loaf.

    Roll lightly in foil and bake at 450° for 45 minutes.
