Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage
- 2 to 3 medium sized onions
- 1 large block medium sharp cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
Directions

1In a large pot, boil cabbage and onions (cut up both as if frying) in lightly salted water until cabbage is tender.

2In casserole dish, cut up cheese and margarine (just as if fixing macaroni and cheese).

3When cabbage is tender, drain off water and put hot cabbage in dish with cheese and margarine until cheese is good and stringy.

4Then add pepper, milk, eggs and the Worcestershire sauce.

5Stir well and bake in preheated oven at 350° until a golden brown on top.

6Cool slightly before serving.
