Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage, crumbled, cooked and drained
  • 1 jar Cheez Whiz (jalapeno if desired)
  • 1 head cabbage, boiled, drained and shredded
  • 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 to 4 c. cooked rice

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients.

    Add rice, one spoon at a time.

    Mix thoroughly after each spoonful until casserole is of desired consistency.

    Cover with Italian bread crumbs (optional) and bake at 300° until done, about 1 hour.
