- small head cabbage
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 small onions, diced
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. converted rice
- 1 large can kraut
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Chop cabbage in bite size pieces.

2Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

3Saute beef and onions.

4Put over cabbage.

5Mix tomato sauce, water and rice.

6Pour over contents.

7Top with kraut.

8Bake 20 minutes uncovered.

9Cover with foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
