- 1 small head cabbage
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 to 2/3 c. milk
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook cabbage until almost tender, drain.

2Spray casserole dish with vegetable oil spray.

3In a saucepan melt and mix margarine, flour and milk.

4Mix thoroughly.

5To this mixture add Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces.

6Stir until melted.

7Place cabbage in dish, then pour liquid over cabbage.

8Top with buttered bread crumbs.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated.
