- 1 cabbage
- 4 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- bread crumbs (enough to cover top)
Directions

1Soak whole cabbage for 10 minutes in cold water; cut in 1/2-inch strips.

2Put in boiling water; boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let set for 5 minutes; drain.

3Melt Velveeta cheese and cream of mushroom soup in 1 1/2-quart dish.

4Put layer of cabbage and top with mixture, another layer of cabbage and rest of mixture.

5Top with bread crumbs; heat in oven.
