- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1 c. white corn syrup (Karo)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, broken
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Directions

1Cream butter; add sugar and Karo syrup, creaming constantly. Add salt to eggs and beat until light and fluffy.

2Add to first mixture.

3Add vanilla and pecans.

4Pour into a 9-inch pie pan lined with unbaked pastry.

5Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
