  • 1 large head cabbage
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large onion
  • shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce
  • season with salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook cabbage and onion in just enough water to cook thoroughly.

    Season to taste; drain.

    Brown chuck and season; drain fat.
  4. 4
    Mix all ingredients with cheese.

    Sprinkle on top. Place in covered casserole dish and bake at 450° for 1 hour.
