Cabbage Casserole

- 1 medium-size head cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. flour (rounding)
- 1/4 stick oleo
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- buttered breadcrumbs
Directions

1Cook cabbage until tender (about 20 minutes).

2Melt oleo and stir in flour.

3Add milk and seasonings.

4Cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until the cheese has melted and blended.

5Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place in a buttered casserole.

6Pour the sauce over the cabbage and blend well.

7Cover with buttered breadcrumbs and bake at 350° until bubbly and brown.
