- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 head cabbage (small)
- 1 onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut cabbage up.

2Fry beef until lightly browned; drain well. In a 3-quart casserole dish, place 1/3 of coarsely cut cabbage, top with 1/2 of beef and 1/2 onion.

3Top with 1/3 cabbage, then rest of beef and onion.

4Then finish with cabbage.

5Pour can of soup on the top.

6Do not stir.

7Bake at 350° for one hour.
