  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 can tomato soup, mixed with 1 can water
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown onion, bell pepper and meat.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Place cabbage in long baking dish.

    Add rice to meat mixture and spread over cabbage.

    Heat tomato soup and water and pour over mixture.

    Wrap in foil and bake at 350° until done (approximately 1 1/2 hours).

    Add grated cheese and brown.
