- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut cabbage in wedges.

2Place in buttered casserole.

3Mix beef, onions and rice together and arrange between wedges. Combine water, tomatoes and seasonings and pour over casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
