  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 c. tomatoes
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cut cabbage in wedges.

    Place in buttered casserole.

    Mix beef, onions and rice together and arrange between wedges. Combine water, tomatoes and seasonings and pour over casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
