- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. cheese (Cheddar)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
Directions

1Chop and steam head of cabbage.

2Drain.

3Place 1/2 of cabbage in greased casserole dish.

4Top with 1/2 can of water chestnuts, 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of cheese.

5Repeat another layer.

6Bake, covered, at 350° for approximately 10 minutes until mixture is bubbly and cheese begins to melt.
