Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 10 or 12 Ritz crackers

Directions

    Cook medium head of cabbage in salt water until tender. Drain after done.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    Pour undiluted cream of chicken soup over cabbage.

    Add 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese.

    Add Ritz cracker crumbs on top.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
